Refunds
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receipt of the order, you can return it for a full refund minus the shipping cost for the returned item.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your Prepswell order for a full refund any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been processed, your items will already be in transit. If you still do not want them after receipt, you may request a return.
Returns
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you need to return a product for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the order, we will do everything we can to facilitate the return in a timely, efficient manner, and in accordance with the applicable refund policy. Return shipping charges may apply.
In certain exceptional cases, some of our offerings may not be eligible for return. Our product pages will indicate whether a specific item is ineligible for return.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item damaged, please contact our customer support team for instructions on documenting the damage and preparing the item for return or exchange.
Exchanges
We would like to make sure you are satisfied with your purchases. If you would like to exchange an item you have purchased within 7 days of receipt, we will facilitate the exchange as long as the original packaging has not been damaged. Contact our customer support team to request an exchange. They will facilitate the return of the original item and order the replacement item for you. Shipping charges may apply on the exchanged item.
Wrong Product
If you receive the wrong item in your shipment, please inform our customer support team, we will facilitate the return of the incorrect product and send you the correct one.
Warranty Coverage
We honor the warranty policies of our suppliers and will facilitate returns and exchanges under those policies.
